It is in the USA that I first saw people making model houses for private customers who, instead of having a picture of their houses, wanted a 3D reproduction. It took me considerable time to learn the art, starting with an old school in a Swiss village, and from then onwards, I received numerous commissions mainly for private houses and hotels both in Switzerland and the USA. Most of the models I have made are fitted with interior lighting and usually encased in a strong Perspex box.
I have also made village snow scenes as a sort of decoration for Christmas as well as internal scenes, a kitchen from the 1700s, an old attic, a haberdashery, a flower shop etc. Photos of a selection of these are presented here but none are for sale, they are examples of what I have done and could make for you.
